Abstract

Сучасний бізнес вимагає не стадантартних сміливих рішень, цілей і пропозицій, що потребує максимально оперативно підвищувати інтелектуальну ємність управлінських рішень і проектів, яка забезпечується кадровими ресурсами та професійним потенціалом, будучи важливою складовою ділового середовища. Професійне забезпечення розвитку національної економіки формується та модифікується завдяки навчальним закладам, які першими реагують на запити зовнішнього економічного середовища щодо актуалізації знань, компетенцій, навичок спеціалістів, які потребує ринок праці. Зараз у сучасній вищій школі спостерігається зміна основ навчання, тобто заміна стандартних уявлень, щодо організації формального навчального процесу на користь розробки нової системи правил, механізмів для формування якісно інноваційного типу мислення у майбутніх спеціалістів.

Modern business requires non-standard bold decisions, goals and proposals that needs to increase the intellectual capacity of managers as quickly as possible solutions and projects, which is provided by personnel resources and professional potential, being an important component of the business environment. Professional development support national economy is formed and modified thanks to educational institutions which are the first to respond to requests from the external economic environment regarding the actualization of knowledge, competences, skills of specialists needed by the labor market. Now in a modern higher school there is a change in the foundations of learning, that is, the replacement of standard ideas about the organization of the formal educational process in favor of the development of a new system of rules and mechanisms for the formation of a qualitatively innovative type of thinking among future specialists.
