Методичні засади управління резервами підвищення конкурентоспроможності торговельних підприємств

Abstract

Метою статті є обґрунтування методичних засад управління резервами підвищення конкурентоспроможності торговельних підприємств. Обґрунтування методичних засад управління резервами підвищення конкурентоспроможності торговельних підприємств базується на досконалому аналізі сучасних теоретичних підходів та виявленні специфічних особливостей управління резервами підвищення конкурентоспроможності торговельних підприємств у сучасних кризових умовах функціонування. Сформовано концептуальний підхід до класифікації резервів підвищення конкурентоспроможності торговельних підприємств. Обґрунтовано теоретичні засади формування методичного підходу до управління резервами підвищення конкурентоспроможності торговельних підприємств. Розроблено алгоритм та модель управління резервами підвищення конкурентоспроможності торговельних підприємств. Сформульовано перспективні методичні засади управління резервами підвищення конкурентоспроможності торговельних підприємств.The purpose of the article is to substantiate the methodological principles of managing reserves to increase the competitiveness of trade enterprises. The substantiation of the methodological principles of reserve management for increasing the competitiveness of trade enterprises is based on a perfect analysis of modern theoretical approaches and the identification of specific features of reserve management for increasing the competitiveness of trade enterprises in modern crisis conditions of operation. A conceptual approach to the classification of reserves for increasing the competitiveness of trade enterprises has been formed. The theoretical foundations of the formation of a methodical approach to the management of reserves to increase the competitiveness of trade enterprises are substantiated. A methodical approach to the management of reserves for increasing the competitiveness of trade enterprises is proposed to be built according to the proposed components: theoretical principles of reserve management and increasing the competitiveness of trade enterprises; methodical principles of managing reserves to increase the competitiveness of trade enterprises; modeling management of reserves to increase the competitiveness of trade enterprises; tool support and organizational and practical provision of management of reserves to increase the competitiveness of trade enterprises. An algorithm and a reserve management model for increasing the competitiveness of trade enterprises have been developed. Prospective methodical principles of reserve management for increasing the competitiveness of trade enterprises have been formulated. The management model for increasing the competitiveness of trading enterprises has an iterative, reverse nature, which means constant monitoring of results and flexible response to the occurrence of negative or positive changes in activity, which gives the trading enterprise significant advantages in today's dynamic, rapidly changing operating environment.
