Abstract

У роботі досліджено організацію роботи персоналу підприємств ресторанного господарства, вивчено організацію заробітної плати в закладах ресторанного господарства; досліджено питання мотивації та стимулювання працівників підприємств ресторанного бізнесу; Проаналізовано організаційну структуру, послуг та виробничо-господарську діяльність ресторану «Port Royal», оцінено задоволеність персоналу ресторану «Port Royal» мотиваційною політикою підприємства; Обґрунтувано пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи мотивації персоналу ресторану «Port Royal», запропоновано впровадити зарубіжний досвід для розробки мотиваційного механізму в ресторані «Port Royal».

In the work, the organization of the work of the staff of restaurant enterprises was investigated, the organization of wages in the establishments of the restaurant industry was studied; the issue of motivation and stimulation of employees of restaurant business enterprises was investigated. The organizational structure, services and production and economic activity of the restaurant "Port Royal" were analyzed, the satisfaction of the staff of the restaurant "Port Royal" with the company's motivational policy was evaluated; Proposals for improving the staff motivation system of the Port Royal restaurant were substantiated, it was suggested to implement foreign experience for the development of a motivational mechanism in the Port Royal restaurant.
