Аутсорсинг як інноваційний інструмент менеджменту при вирішенні завдань фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємств

Abstract

У статті обґрунтована доцільність впровадження аутсорсингу в систему фінансово-економічної безпеки вітчизняних підприємств, визначено особливості та напрямки його застосування. Об’єктом дослідження є аутсорсинг, який виступає одним із методів захисту від фінансових ризиків у системі забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки сучасних підприємств. Метою статті є обґрунтування доцільності використання аутсорсингу при вирішенні завдань щодо забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки вітчизняних підприємств, визначення основних переваг, недоліків та ризиків його використання. У процесі дослідження використовувалися такі методи: аналітико-монографічний – при вивченні літературних джерел за темою дослідження; системного аналізу, абстрагування, логічних узагальнень – при визначенні характерних особливостей процесу, що досліджується; абстрактно-логічний – для формування висновків. Встановлено, що виконання частини завдань із забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки, як й інші допоміжні процеси, можуть бути передані підприємством спеціалізованій фірмі (аутсорсеру), яка має необхідний досвід, сили та засоби у сфері забезпечення безпеки бізнесу. При забезпеченні фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства доцільно використовувати послуги аутсорсингової фірми для: ведення бухгалтерського обліку; підтримки роботи інформаційної інфраструктури; захисту конфіденційної інформації; здійснення оцінки внутрішніх та зовнішніх загроз безпеці підприємства; підготовки інформаційно-аналітичних матеріалів про ринок, партнерів, проєкти; перевірки ділової репутації та платоспроможності контрагентів та партнерів; запровадження зовнішнього кризового управління; залучення зовнішнього відповідального виконавця робіт протягом установленого гарантійного терміну тощо. Сформовано перелік основних переваг, недоліків і ризиків використання аутсорсингу при вирішенні завдань щодо забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємств. Використання аутсорсингу дозволить підприємствам покращити фінансово-економічні результати, підвищити операційну ефективність, а отже, і конкурентоспроможність на ринку.

The article substantiates the feasibility of outsourcing in the systems of financial and economic security of domestic enterprises, and determined the features and directions of its application. The object of the study is outsourcing, which is one of the protection methods against financial risks in the system of financial and economic security of modern enterprises. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the appropriateness of outsourcing using for solving problems of ensuring financial and economic security of domestic enterprises, determining the main advantages, disadvantages and risks of using. The following methods were used in the research process: analytical-monographic in the study of literature sources on the research topic; system analysis, abstraction, logical generalizations in determining the characteristics of the studied process; abstract-logical to draw conclusions. It was established that the implementation of some tasks for ensuring financial and economic security, as well as other supporting processes, can be transferred to the company by a specialized firm (outsourcer), which has the necessary experience, strength and means in the field of ensuring business security. While ensuring the financial and economic security of an enterprise, it is advisable to use the services of an outsourcing company for: maintaining accounting records; support the work of information infrastructure; protection of confidential information; the assessment of internal and external threats to the security of the enterprise; preparation of information and analytical materials about the market, partners, projects; verification of business reputation and solvency of counterparties and partners; introduction of external crisis management; attraction of the external responsible executor of works within the established guarantee period, etc. A list of the main advantages, disadvantages and risks of using outsourcing in solving problems to ensure the financial and economic security of enterprises was created. The outsourcing will allow enterprises to improve financial and economic results, increase operational efficiency, and therefore competitiveness in the market.
