Прямі іноземні інвестиції та сталий розвиток: визначення факторів привабливості Одеського регіону для інвесторів с країн Європейського Союзу

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження є фактори привабливості Одеського регіону для інвесторів с країн Європейського Союзу. У роботі розглядаються сутність і особливості інвестиційної привабливості, узагальнено чинники, що здійснюють вплив на інвестиційну привабливість для інвесторів країн ЄС, визначаються методи оцінки інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Охарактеризовано та проаналізовано інвестиційне співробітництво Одеського регіону з країнами ЄС, визначено чинники, що сприяють та протидіють залученню іноземних інвестицій з країн ЄС, охарактеризовано можливі погрози та можливості розвитку інвестиційної привабливості регіону для європейських інвесторів. Обґрунтовано шляхи підвищення інвестиційної привабливості Одеського регіону для сталого розвитку.

The bachelor's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the study is the attractiveness factors of the Odesa region for investors from the countries of the European Union. The work examines the essence and features of investment attractiveness, summarizes the factors influencing investment attractiveness for investors of EU countries, and defines the methods of assessing the investment attractiveness of the region. The investment cooperation of the Odesa region with the EU countries is characterized and analyzed, the factors contributing to and opposing the attraction of foreign investments from the EU countries are determined, the possible threats and opportunities for the development of the investment attractiveness of the region for European investors are characterized. Ways to increase the investment attractiveness of the Odesa region for sustainable development are substantiated
