Шляхи удосконалення менеджменту готельної анімації у «Atlantic»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків та списку використаних джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – процес здійснення готельної анімації на підприємствах готельного господарства. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних та практичних аспектів вдосконалення менеджменту готельної анімації у «Atlantic Garden Resort Hotel». Метою роботи є вивчення менеджменту готельної анімації на підприємствах готельного господарства та визначення основних напрямків її удосконалення на прикладі готелю «Atlantic У роботі проаналізовано загальні поняття та сутність менеджменту готельної анімації на підприємствах готельного бізнесу.
