Шляхи вдосконалення управління інноваційними процесами в ПАТ «Одеський кабельний завод «Одескабель»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти поняття «інновації» та «управління інноваціями». Також розглядаються етапи еволюції інноваційного управління, види інновацій, функції та методи в управлінні інноваційними процесами, а також чинники, що впливають на розвиток інноваційної діяльності. Проаналізовано основні показники інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств України, також були проаналізовані техніко-економічні показники діяльності ПАТ «Одескабель» та показники ефективності інноваційної діяльності підприємства. Запропонована організація та впровадження інноваційного відділу на підприємстві ПАТ «Одескабель», а також запропоновано впровадити сучасний програмний продукт «Jira» для підвищення ефективності інноваційної діяльності підприємства.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects the concepts of «innovation» and «innovation management». The stages of evolution of innovation management, types of innovation, functions and methods in the management of innovation processes, as well as factors influencing the development of innovation activity are also considered. Author analysis main indicators of innovation activity of industrial enterprises of Ukraine, technical and economic indicators of activity of PJSC «Odeskabel» and indicators of efficiency of innovation activity of the enterprise were also analyzed. It was proposed to introduce an innovation department at the enterprise of PJSC «Odeskabel», and it was also proposed to introduce a modern software product Jira to increase the efficiency of the innovation activity of the enterprise.
