Підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на ринку логістичних послуг

Abstract

У роботі досліджено сутність конкуренції та конкурентоспроможності. Доведено, що існує декілька рівнів конкурентоспроможності, найголовніший з яких – конкурентоспроможність підприємства, яка залежить від дії багатьох факторів та може бути проаналізована різними методами. Вбір методики оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства залежить від багатьох факторів: фінансових і трудових можливостей підприємства, рівня кваліфікації спеціалістів тощо. Проаналізовано стан транспортно-логістичної галузі України. Розглянуто проблеми та перспективи автомобільних вантажних перевезень. Розраховані показники фінансового стану ТОВ «Логістик Іншуренс Онлайн» показав, що підприємство в 2022 р. мало невеликі проблеми, в результаті чого було збитковим. Аналіз рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства показав, що воно суттєво відстає від конкурентів. Йому було запропоновано встановити нові моніторингові системи, що покращить рівень конкурентоспроможності на ринку автомобільних вантажних перевезень.

The paper investigates the essence of competition and competitiveness. It has been proven that there are several levels of competitiveness, the most important of which is enterprise competitiveness. This level depends on many factors and can be analyzed using various methods. The choice of a method for assessing enterprise competitiveness depends on many factors, including the financial and labor resources of the enterprise, the level of qualification of specialists, and more. The state of Ukraine's transport and logistics industry has been analyzed. The problems and prospects of road freight transportation have been considered. The calculated financial indicators of "Logistics Insurance Online" LLC showed that the enterprise faced minor problems in 2022, resulting in losses. The analysis of the enterprise's competitiveness level showed that it significantly lags behind its competitors. It has been suggested that the company install new monitoring systems, which would improve its competitiveness in the road freight transportation market
