Управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства будівельної галузі

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто сутність поняття «конкурентоспроможність» підприємства, місце та роль управління конкурентоспроможністю, методи оцінювання конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Для підвищення конкурентоспроможності досліджуваного підприємства було запропоновано розглянути пропозицію збору альтернативних проектів для переселенців або сімей, які втратили житло: «Будівництво 1-2 поверхових будинків з дешевого і міцного матеріалу» і соціального проекту «Модульне житло для переселенців на сонячних батареях. Для підвищення конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Петрикс» вважаємо за доцільне пропонувати імплементувати в свою діяльність принципи системи Кайдзен, тобто концепції постійних змін.

The paper considers the essence of the concept of “competitiveness” of an enterprise, the place and role of competitiveness management, and methods for assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise. To increase the competitiveness of the studied enterprise, it was proposed to consider the proposal to collect alternative projects for IDPs or families who have lost their homes: “Construction of 1-2 storey houses made of cheap and durable material” and the social project “Modular housing for IDPs on solar panels. To increase the competitiveness of Petryks LLC, we consider it appropriate to propose implementing the principles of the Kaizen system, i.e. the concept of continuous change, in our activities.
