Управління розвитком круп’яного підприємства на засадах глокалізації (на прикладі ПП «ТРІАДА-ЮГ»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти стратегії розвитку підприємства, проаналізовано підходи до їх класифікації сучасних науковців. Наведено основні фактори впливу на розвиток підприємства та визначено алгоритм формування стратегії розвитку. Досліджено процес управління розвитком підприємства. Проаналізовано сучасний стан круп’яної галузі України. Наведено загальну характеристику ПП «ТРІАДА-ЮГ» та розглянуто його фінансово-господарську діяльність. Розроблено та обгрунтовано заходи з управління розвитком підприємства на засадах глокалізації. Проведено оцінку ефективності реалізації запропонованих заходів. Запропоновано впровадження виробництва білого рисового борошна простим методом подрібнення зернової маси.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of the company's development strategy, analyzes the approaches to their classification by modern scientists.The main factors affecting the development of the enterprise are given and an algorithm for forming a development strategy is defined. The process of managing the development of the enterprise was studied. Author analyzes the current state of the grain industry of Ukraine. The general characteristics of PE "TRIADA-YUG" are given and its financial and economic activity is considered. Measures to manage the development of the enterprise on the basis of glocalization have been developed and substantiated. An assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of the proposed measures was carried out. The author proposed to implement the production of white rice flour by a simple method of grinding grain mass
