Шляхи зниження собівартості продукції в ПАТ «Одескабель»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти собівартості продукції підприємства, визначено, види та функції собівартості продукції, особливості формування собівартості продукції. Проаналізовано основні економічні показники ПАТ «Одескабель», проведений аналіз собівартості продукції ПАТ «Одескабель». Запропоновано заходи щодо зниження собівартості продукції, а саме зниження за рахунок зміни постачальників сировини та матеріалів та створення посади «контролер витрат» у складі фінансового відділу підприємства.

The paper examines the theoretical aspects of the cost of production of the enterprise, defines the types and functions of the cost of production, the peculiarities of the formation of the cost of production. The main economic indicators of PJSC "Odeskabel" were analyzed, the analysis of the cost of products of PJSC "Odeskabel" was carried out. Measures have been proposed to reduce the cost of production, namely, a reduction due to a change in suppliers of raw materials and the creation of a "cost controller" position in the financial department of the enterprise.
