Економічне обгрунтування проєкту створення кав’ярні кондитерської

Abstract

, 2024. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади започаткування власної справи у сфері ресторанного бізнесу: розглянуто бізнес-ідею започаткування власної справи; досліджується нормативно-правове регулювання підприємницької діяльності в Україні у сфері ресторанного господарства; обґрунтовані організаційно-правова форма и система оподаткування новоствореної кав’ярні-кондитерської. Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище на ринку кафе та кав’ярень в м. Одесі та визначені внутрішні переваги створюваної кав’ярні-кондитерської. Запропоновано проєкт створення кав’ярні-кондитерської. Сформовано стартовий капітал на реалізацію проєкту, розраховані поточні витрати та спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації послуг закладу ресторанного господарства. Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проєкту, охарактеризовані можливі ризики реалізації проєкту та шляхи їх мінімізації.

The work examines the theoretical implications of the beginning of power supply in the restaurant business sector: the business idea of the beginning of power supply is examined; The regulatory and legal regulation of business activities in Ukraine in the sphere of the restaurant industry is being monitored; The organizational and legal form and supply system for the newly created café confectionery have been established. The competitive environment in the market of café and cauldron confectionery in the city of Odessa has been analyzed and the internal advantages of the cauliflower-confectionery industry have been identified. The project for the creation of a café-confectionery has been approved. The starting capital for the implementation of the project has been generated, the expenditure flow has been allocated, and the income from the sale of services to the restaurant state has been predicted. An assessment of the economic efficiency of the project was carried out. Possible risks are analyzed and measures to minimize them are proposed.
