Abstract

На сьогоднішній день в Україні існує значна диференціація населення за рівнем доходів. Одним із основних факторів такої ситуації є значна відмінність у заробітній платі, як в окремих галузях, так і в окремих регіонах України. Така нерівність у заробітній платі веде до багатьох проблем, таких як внутрішня та зовнішня міграція населення, депопуляція регіонів, соціальні та економічні кризи. Тому все більшої уваги у наукових колах набуває дослідження, що стосуються аналізу сучасного стану оплати праці в Україні, виявлення основних тенденцій, а головне оцінки впливу факторів на формування рівня заробітної плати та прогнозування її на майбутнє

To date, there is a significant differentiation of the population by income level in Ukraine. One of the main factors of such a situation is a significant difference in wages, both in certain industries and in certain regions of Ukraine. Such inequality in wages leads to many problems, such as internal and external population migration, depopulation of regions, social and economic crises. Therefore, scientific circles are gaining more and more attention in research related to the analysis of the current state of wages in Ukraine, the identification of main trends, and most importantly, the assessment of the influence of factors on the formation of the wage level and its forecasting for the future
