Бізнес-інжиніринг та оптимізація підприємницької діяльності

Abstract

Розглянуто роль підприємництва у формуванні ефективної системи господарювання в Україні, зокрема сучасний стан, проблеми та перспективи розвитку підприємництва в промисловості, а також фактори, що впливають на підприємницьке середовище. Обговорені правові засади здійснення підприємницької діяльності в Україні, теоретичні та практичні засади бізнес інжинірингу, який тлумачився як концепція управління у вигляді сучасних методик бізнес інжинірингу, як спосіб управління бізнес процесами. Прикладні аспекти оптимізації підприємницької діяльності з використанням апарату бізнес інжинірингу й виробничих функцій проілюстровані на прикладах оптимізації фондоозброєності в промисловості України в цілому, в тому числі на металургійних підприємствах держави, в виробництв машин і устаткування, на спільному українсько німецькому машинобудівному підприємстві «АТЕМ», на хлібопекарських підприємствах виробництва харчових продуктів, зокрема в промисловості в цілому, а також на Березінському й Миколаївському КХП, на підприємствах виробництва м'яса переробної промисловості, зокрема на ПП Фірма «Гармаш». Розрахунки показали, що неоптимальність фондоозброєності вітчизняних промислових підприємств викликана систематичною переоцінкою основних виробничих засобів, яку проводять самі підприємства задля компенсації інфляційних процесів у державі. Монографія розрахована на широке коло читачів: науковців, практичних працівників, викладачів вищих навчальних закладів, аспірантів, студентів.

The role of entrepreneurship in the formation of an effective business system in Ukraine is considered, in particular the current state, problems and prospects for the development of entrepreneurship in industry, as well as factors affecting the business environment. The legal principles of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine are discussed, the theoretical and practical principles of business engineering, which was interpreted as a management concept in the form of modern business engineering methods, as a way of managing business processes. Applied aspects of optimizing entrepreneurial activity using the business engineering apparatus and production functions are illustrated by examples of optimizing capital equipment in the industry of Ukraine as a whole, including at state metallurgical enterprises, in the production of machinery and equipment, at the joint Ukrainian-German machine-building enterprise "ATEM", at bakery enterprises for the production of food products, in particular in the industry as a whole, as well as at the Berezinsky and Mykolaiv KHP, at enterprises for the production of meat in the processing industry, in particular at the Private Enterprise "Garmash". The calculations showed that the suboptimal capital equipment of domestic industrial enterprises is caused by the systematic revaluation of fixed assets, which is carried out by the enterprises themselves in order to compensate for inflationary processes in the country.
