Підвищення ефективності управління персоналом сучасної компанії (на прикладі ТОВ «Рібас Хотелс Груп»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління персоналом сучасної компанії, досліджуються показники ефективності управління персоналом сучасної компанії та наукові підходи до покращення ефективності управління персоналом сучасної компанії. Проаналізовано організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «Рібас Хотелс Груп»; динаміку, структуру та рух персоналу ТОВ «Рібас Хотелс Груп» та оцінено ефективність управління персоналом в ТОВ «Рібас Хотелс Груп». Запропоновано удосконалення системи мотивації персоналу ТОВ «Рібас Хотелс Груп» та обґрунтовано організаційні підходи щодо підвищення ефективності управління персоналом в ТОВ «Рібас Хотелс Груп».

The work considers theoretical aspects of human resources management of a modern company, examines indicators of the effectiveness of human resources management of a modern company and scientific approaches to improving the effectiveness of human resources management of a modern company. The organizational and economic characteristics of LLC "Ribas Hotels Group" are analyzed; the dynamics, structure and movement of personnel of LLC "Ribas Hotels Group" and the effectiveness of human resources management in LLC "Ribas Hotels Group" is assessed. The improvement of the personnel motivation system of LLC "Ribas Hotels Group" is proposed and organizational approaches to increasing the effectiveness of human resources management in LLC "Ribas Hotels Group" are substantiated.

The paper considers the theoretical aspects of labor productivity management of an industrial enterprise. The general аctivity and organization of management labor SI “IMEEER NAS of Ukraine” The following ways to improve the organization of management labor at the SI “IMEEER NAS of Ukraine” are proposed: using modern methods of management labor organization (digitalization, time management, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and AI), which will enhance the effectiveness of managing scientific projects, optimize resources, and improve internal coordination; strategic planning with clear KPIs and SMART goals for each department (specifying precise measurable indicators for evaluating effectiveness); and automating management processes, which will reduce labor intensity and improve the organization of management labor at the SI “IMEEER NAS of Ukraine”.
