| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто роль штучного інтелекту (ШІ) та машинного навчання (МН) у сфері управління інформацією. Увага приділена можливостям оптимізації документообігу, використанню Big Data та персоналізації клієнтського досвіду. Також висвітлено виклики, пов’язані з етичними та правовими аспектами застосування ШІ. The article examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in information management. The focus is on the optimization of document management, the use of Big Data, and the personalization of customer experience. Challenges related to ethical and legal aspects of AI implementation are also discussed. |
