| Abstract: | У роботі розглядається сутність стратегічного розвитку підприємства та види стратегічного
розвитку підприємства. Обґрунтувано фактори вибору стратегічного розвитку підприємства та
досліджено зовнішнє та внутрішнє середовище ПП «ВКК «Союзпостачання». Проведено оцінку
фінансового стану підприємства. Обґрунтувано конкурентні переваги підприємства та визначено
пріоритетні напрями розробки стратегії розвитку ПП «ВКК «Союзпостачання». Обґрунтовано
програму інноваційного розвитку підприємства та розроблено прогнозні тенденції розвитку ПП
«ВКК «Союзпостачання» після запровадження стратегічних заходів. The work considers the essence of the strategic development of the enterprise and the types of strategic development of the enterprise. The factors of choosing the strategic development of the enterprise were substantiated and the external and internal environment of PE " PCC "Soyuzsupply" was investigated. An assessment of the company's financial condition was carried out. The competitive advantages of the enterprise are substantiated and the priority directions of the development strategy development of PE " PCC "Soyuzsupply" have been determined. The program of innovative development of the enterprise was substantiated and the forecast trends of the development of PE "PCC "Soyuzsupply" were developed after the introduction of strategic measures. |
