Інноваційні стратегії розвитку промислових підприємств в умовах кризи

Abstract

У статті досліджено актуальні напрямки інноваційних стратегій розвитку промислових підприємств в умовах кризи, заснованих на економічній ефективності даного процесу. Метою статті є дослідження та економічне обґрунтування інноваційних стратегій розвитку промислових підприємств в сучасних умовах, що характеризуються турбулентністю основних макроекономічних показників. Методологія дослідження передбачає використання методів: емпіричного дослідження (порівняння, спостереження), теоретичного дослідження (сходження від абстрактного до конкретного), загальнонаукових методів (абстрагування й конкретизація, аналіз та синтез, індукція та дедукція, аналогія) та ін. Актуальність вирішення наукової проблеми, що визначена у статті, полягає в тому, що в умовах всебічного обмеження фінансових коштів, в т.ч. тих, що виділяються на розвиток промислових підприємств, з одного боку, та необхідністю забезпечення безперебійної роботи промислового комплексу – з іншого, виникла нагальна потреба у розробці та обґрунтуванні інноваційних стратегій їх розвитку, що дозволить також залучити максимально повно виробничі потужності промислових підприємств, які через кризові явища в національній економіці втрачають конкурентні позиції. Результати дослідження наступні: визначено економічні показники реалізації інноваційних стратегій розвитку промислових підприємств; запропоновано економічні механізми залучення додаткових коштів у розвиток і функціонування промислових підприємств. Саме обґрунтований таким чином механізм використання у практиці взаєморозрахунків запропонованих автором схем з урахуванням запровадження складських свідоцтв дозволяє вдосконалити всю систему взаєморозрахунків за допомогою: зниження підприємницьких ризиків, пов’язаних зі складністю замовлення товару за умов його передоплати, і навіть з можливістю його пошкодження та втрати на складі; скорочення термінів, вартості складських операцій тощо. Оригінальність і практична цінність дослідження полягає в тому, що у статті систематизовано наявні напрямки економічного обґрунтування з урахуванням специфічних особливостей функціонування промислових підприємств. Висновки дослідження наступні: показано, що розробка та реалізація специфічних інноваційних стратегії розвитку промислових підприємств дозволяє визначити, що інновації в промисловий сектор національної економіки нашої країни можуть стати мультиплікативним каталізатором запуску нового інвестиційного циклу та реалізації поточної моделі економічного розвитку. Результати проведеного дослідження можуть бути корисними для підприємств промислового сектору, організацій, на балансі яких знаходяться об’єкти промислового комплексу.

The article investigates current directions of innovative strategies for industrial enterprises development in crisis conditions, based on the economic efficiency of this process. The purpose of the article is research and economic substantiation of innovative strategies for industrial enterprises development in modern conditions characterized by the turbulence of the main macroeconomic indicators. The research methodology involves the use of methods: empirical research (comparison, observation), theoretical research (ascending from the abstract to the concrete), general scientific methods (abstraction and concretization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy), etc. The relevance of solving the scientific problem defined in the article lies in the fact that in the conditions of comprehensive limitation of financial resources, including those allocated for industrial enterprises development, on the one hand, and the need to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the industrial complex, on the other hand, there is an urgent need in the creation and substantiating of innovative strategies for their development, which will also allow to attract utilize the production capacities of industrial enterprises, which are losing their competitive positions due to crisis phenomena in the national economy. The results of the study are as follows: the economic indicators of the implementation of innovative strategies for industrial enterprises development are determined; economic mechanisms for attracting additional funds to the development and operation of industrial enterprises are proposed. It is the mechanism of using mutual settlements in practice, the schemes proposed by the author, taking into account the introduction of warehouse certificates, which is substantiated in this way, makes it possible to improve the entire system of mutual settlements with the help of: reduction of business risks associated with the complexity of the product under the conditions of its prepayment, and even with the possibility of damage to them, the loss of the goods in the warehouse; reduction of terms, cost of warehouse operations, etc. The originality and practical value of the research lies in the fact that the article systematizes the existing directions of economic justification, taking into account the specific features of industrial enterprises functioning. The conclusions of the study are as follows: it is shown that the development and implementation of specific innovative strategies for the development of industrial enterprises allows us to determine that innovations in the industrial sector of the national economy of our country can become a multiplier catalyst for the launch of a new investment cycle and the implementation of the current model of economic development. The results of conducted research can be useful for enterprises of the industrial sector, organizations on the balance sheet of which there are objects of the industrial complex.
