Ризик-менеджмент діяльності комбікормового підприємства

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з двох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – ТОВ «UTAGRO». У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти ризик-менеджменту, включаючи різні трактування ризику, його класифікацію (внутрішні, зовнішні, комерційні, ринкові, кредитні), процес ідентифікації (джерела інформації, методи) та управління ризиками в діяльності підприємства, наголошено на важливості комплексної та інтегрованої системи. Сформовано систему ризик-менеджменту підприємства ТОВ «ЮТ-АГРО», надано характеристику підприємства, проведено аналіз його фінансового стану та конкурентоздатності, розвитку комбікормової галузі та оцінку її ризиків. Запропоновано впровадження посади ризик-менеджера, план антикризових заходів та обґрунтовано доцільність гранулювання комбікормів з придбанням відповідного обладнання.

Thesis consists of two chapters. The object of research is LLC "UTAGRO". The paper examines theoretical aspects of risk management, including various interpretations of risk, its classification (internal, external, commercial, market, credit), the process of identification (information sources, methods) and risk management in the activities of the enterprise, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive and integrated system that goes through three stages: detection, assessment and response. A risk management system is formed using the example of LLC "UT-AGRO", a description of the enterprise, an analysis of its financial condition and competitiveness, an overview of the development of the feed industry and an assessment of its risks are provided, and the introduction of the position of risk manager, a plan of anti-risk measures and a justification of the feasibility of pelleting feed with the purchase of appropriate equipment are also proposed.
