| Abstract: | Доведено актуальність впровадження систем управління якістю у вищих навчальних закладах як засобу стимулювання конкурентоспроможності організації та її інноваційного потенціалу. Обгрунтовано фактори, що визначають необхідність впровадження міжнародного стандарту ISO 9001:2015 в діяльність вищих навчальних закладів. Визначено роль систем управління якістю у сталому розвитку вищої школи. Акцентовано увагу на питаннях щодо визначення контексту вищого навчального закладу та оцінювання ризиків у діяльності. The urgency of implementation of quality management systems in higher educational establishments as an instrument for stimulating the competitiveness of the organization and its innovative potential is proved. The factors that determine the necessity to implement the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 in the activity of higher educational institutions are substantiated. The role of quality management systems in the sustainable development of higher education is determined. The emphasis is on issues related to the definition of the context of a higher education institution and the assessment of risks in the activities. |
