Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління конкурентною позицією підприємства, зокрема встановлено сутність поняття "конкурентна перевага", розглянуто процес управління конкурентною позицією та визначено основні методи оцінки конкурентної позиції.The theoretical aspects of management of a competitive position of the enterprise are considered in the article, in particular, the essence of the concept of "competitive advantage" is determined, the process of management of a competitive position is considered and the main methods of evaluation of a competitive position are determined.
