Abstract

Розглянуті особливості запровадження платежів комунального характеру. Розроблені специфічні для запровадження платежів комунального характеру принципи. З метою вдосконалення системи тарифного регулювання у сфері комунальних послуг в Україні запропонована авторська концепція вдосконалення системи тарифного регулювання для суб’єктів природних монополій у сфері комунальних послуг, розвитку сфери житлово-комунального господарства.The features of introduction of payments of communal character are considered. The specific are developed for payments of communal character principles. With the purpose of perfection of the system of the tariff adjusting the sphere of public utilities in Ukraine author conception of perfection of the system of the tariff adjusting is offered for the subjects of natural monopolies in the field of public utilities, development of sphere of housing and communal services.
