Формування систем управління якістю підприємств сфери інжинірингових послуг: організаційно-методологічні аспекти

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання щодо формування систем управління якістю підприємств сфери інжинірингових послуг у контексті вимог міжнародного стандарту ІSО 9001:2015. Акцентовано увагу на існуючих організаційно-методологічних підходах щодо створення систем управління якістю підприємств. Запропоновано логічну модель формування систем управління якістю підприємств сфери інжинірингових послуг у контексті вимог міжнародного стандарту ІSО 9001:2015. Визначено план робіт, спрямованих на формування ефективних систем управління якістю підприємств сфери інжинірингу.The article deals with the issue of forming the quality management systems of enterprises of the engineering services industry in the context of the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015. Emphasis is placed on existing organizational and methodological approaches to creating enterprise quality management systems. The logical model of formation of quality management systems of enterprises of the sphere of engineering services in the context of requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 is offered. The plan of works aimed at the formation of effective systems of quality management of enterprises of the sphere of engineering is defined.
