Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – туалетне мило, яке реалізується на ринку України. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти оцінки якості та споживчих властивостей туалетного мила. Проаналізовано сучасний стан ринку туалетного мила в Україні. Визначенні чинники формування споживчих властивостей та формування асортименту туалетного мила, проведено оцінку якості. Запропоновано комплекс споживчих властивостей та оцінку якості туалетного милаThe qualification work of the bachelor's degree consists of three sections. The object of research - toilet soap, presented at the Ukrainian market. The theoretical aspects of quality and consumer properties of toilet soap are considered in this paper. The current state of the soap market in Ukraine is analyzed. The determinants of the formation of consumer properties and the formation of the range of toilet soap, a quality assessment was carried out. The complex of consumer properties and the assessment of the quality of the toilet soap are proposed.
