Соціальна політика організації та основні напрями її здійснення в сучасних умовах (на прикладі ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються основні засади соціальної політики та їх значення в управлінні підприємством, сучасні механізми (принципи та методи) реалізації соціальної політики підприємства та теоретичні засади реалізації соціальної політики підприємства з урахуванням закордонного досвіду. Надана характеристика та структура кадрового складу ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад», надано економічний аналіз ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад» та проаналізовано вплив соціальної політики підприємства на ефективність господарчої діяльності ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад». Запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення ефективності соціальної політики ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад» та доведено економічний та соціальний ефект від впровадження пропозицій.The paper discusses the basic principles of social policy and their importance in the management of the enterprise, modern mechanisms (principles and methods) of implementation of social policy of the enterprise and theoretical principles of implementation of social policy of the enterprise, taking into account foreign experience. Characterization and structure of the staff of Telecard-Pribor LTD is given, economic analysis of Telecard-Pribor LTD is provided, and the impact of the enterprise social policy on the efficiency of Telecard-Pribor LTD 's economic activity is analyzed. Measures to improve the effectiveness of the social policy of Telecard-Pribor LTD have been proposed and the economic and social impact of the implementation of the proposals has been proved.
