Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні підходи до визначення сутності конкурентоспроможності банку та цифрової економіки; визначено чинники, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність банків; обгрутовано науково-методичні підходи до визначення рівня конкурентоспроможності банків України; проаналізовано сучасний стан розвитку банківського бізнесу; проведено оцінку показників конкурентоспроможності банків; визначено рівень конкурентоспроможності банків за рівнем їх фінансової стійкості; удосконалено методичній підхід до визначення рівня інноваційної конкурентоспроможності банків; проведено кластерний аналіз поведінки банків на ринку банківських послуг щодо завоювання конкурентної позиції; розроблено методичний підхід до комплексної оцінки конкурентної позиції банку на ринку банківських послуг.Thesis deals with theoretical aspects of determining the essence of the competitiveness of the bank and the digital economy; the factors influencing the competitiveness of banks are identified; scientific and methodological approaches to determining the level of competitiveness of Ukrainian banks are substantiated; the current state of development of the banking business is analyzed; an assessment of banks' competitiveness indicators was conducted; the level of competitiveness of banks according to the level of their financial stability is determined; the methodological approach to determining the level of innovative competitiveness of banks has been improved; cluster analysis of banks' behavior in the banking services market to gain a competitive position; a methodical approach to a comprehensive assessment of the bank's competitive position in the banking services market has been developed.
