Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні домінанти дослідження бюджетів об’єднаних територіальних громад. Досліджена прагматика та проблематика формування бюджетів об’єднаних територіальних громад. Розглянуто досвід формування об’єднаних територіальних громад Одеської області. Розроблені стратегічні орієнтири змін у формування бюджетів об’єднаних територіальних громад.The theoretical dominants of research of budgets of the incorporated territorial communities are in-process examined.
