Методичні проблеми економічної оцінки інвестицій на підприємстві

Abstract

Розглянуто питання економічної оцінки інвестиційних проектів на підприємстві. Проаналізовано переваги й недоліки кількісних економічних критеріїв ефективності інвестиційних проектів, зокрема чистої приведеної вартості, індексу прибутковості, звичайної і модифікованої внутрішньої норми прибутку, дисконтованого терміну окупності. Досліджено узгодженість і взаємозв’язок указаних характеристик у процесі аналізу інвестицій на підприємстві. Запропоновано більше уваги приділяти на практиці показнику модифікованої внутрішньої норми прибутку і розрахованим на його основі абсолютному й відносному резервам безпечності проекту.The issue of economic evaluation of investment projects at the enterprise is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of quantitative economic criteria for the effectiveness of investment projects, including net present value, profitability index, normal and modified internal rate of return, discounted payback period are analyzed. The consistency and interrelation of the specified characteristics in the process of the analysis of investments at the enterprise are investigated. It is suggested to pay more attention in practice to the indicator of the modified internal rate of return and the absolute and relative safety reserves of the project calculated on its basis.
