Фінансовий ринок України в умовах воєнної ескалації

Abstract

В умовах воєнного конфлікту між Україною та РФ Національна комісія з цінних паперів та фондового ринку (НКЦПФР) прийняла рішення з 24 лютого 2022 року зупинити розміщення, обіг та викуп усіх цінних паперів, а також усі операції в системі депозитарного обліку та системах клірингового обліку. На сайті НКЦПФР повідомляється, що це пов’язано саме із нападом РФ на Україну [1]. Депозитарним установам було наказано негайно передати копії оригінальних баз до Національного депозитарію України, де вони зберігатимуться до кращих часів.In the conditions of the military conflict between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, the National Securities Commission and of the stock market (NKCFR) has decided to stop the placement, circulation and redemption of all securities, as well as all transactions in the depository accounting system and systems from February 24, 2022 clearing accounting. It is reported on the website of the NCCPFR that this is precisely related to the attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine [1]. Depository institutions were ordered to immediately transfer copies of the original databases to National Depository of Ukraine, where they will be stored until better times.
