Роль Національного банку України в контексті розвитку сталого фінансування

Abstract

Тези доповіді присвячено проблематиці сталого фінансування як важливого інструмента для протистояння кліматичним і екологічним викликам. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що стале фінансування має великий потенціал у протистоянні системним фінансовим ризикам та глобальним фінансовим кризам, які можуть виникнути через кліматичні та екологічні проблеми. Доведено, що у контексті сталого розвитку одним із ключових напрямків є узгодженість фінансових потоків з напрямом низьковуглецевого та опірного до зміни клімату розвитку. Особлива увага приділена ролі Національного банку України у реалізації сталого фінансування. Зазначено, що успішна реалізація сталого фінансування залежить від координованості заходів Кабінету міністрів України та Національного банку України, а також залученості приватних структур, таких як банки та інші інституційні інвестори, для забезпечення узгодженого підходу до сталого фінансування.The thesis is devoted to the issue of sustainable financing as an important tool to address climate and environmental challenges. It is emphasized that sustainable financing has significant potential in mitigating systemic financial risks and global financial crises that may arise due to climate and environmental problems. It has been proven that aligning financial flows with low-carbon and climate-resilient development is one of the key directions in the context of sustainable development. Special attention is given to the role of the National Bank of Ukraine in implementing sustainable financing. It is stated that the successful implementation of sustainable financing depends on the coordination of actions between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine, as well as the involvement of private structures such as banks and other institutional investors to ensure a coordinated approach to sustainable financing.
