Особливості управління бізнесом в умовах війни на прикладі підприємств легкої промисловості

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – це процес управління бізнесом в умовах війни на прикладі підприємств легкої промисловості. У роботі розглядаються теоретико-методологічні аспекти розвитку підприємств легкої промисловості, нормативно-правове забезпечення та міжнародний досвід розвитку легкої промисловості, надано характеристику сучасного стану та перспективи розвитку легкої промисловості України, визначено потенціал легкої промисловості як галузі господарства України. Виявлено головні проблеми в управлінні бізнесом, в умовах війни підприємств легкої промисловості та запропоновано шляхи їх усунення.rocess of business management in wartime conditions using the example of light industry enterprises. The paper explores theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of light industry enterprises, regulatory and legal support and international experience in the development of light industry, provides a description of the current state and prospects for the development of light industry in Ukraine, determines the potential of light industry as a sector of the Ukrainian economy. The main problems of managing the economic activities of light industry enterprises in wartime are identified and ways to eliminate them are proposed.
