Формування стратегії розвитку аграрного підприємства

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються дослідження теоретичних основ стратегічного управління та практичне застосування отриманих знань у процесі формування стратегії розвитку аграрного підприємства. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність та ділове середовище СПС “НИВА”. Розглянуто процес виробництва комбікорма за результатами чого побудовано алгоритм виробництва комбікорму, визначено етапи процесу та їх логічний взаємозв’язок.The work examines the study of the theoretical foundations of strategic management and the practical application of the knowledge gained in the process of forming a strategy for the development of an agricultural enterprise. The financial and economic activities and business environment of the SPS “NIVA” are analyzed. The process of compound feed production is considered, based on the results of which an algorithm for compound feed production is built, the stages of the process and their logical relationship are determined.
