Вплив глобальних економічних викликів на трансформацію підприємницької діяльності в Україні

Abstract

У розділі монографії досліджено вплив глобальних економічних викликів на трансформацію підприємницької діяльності в Україні в умовах глибоких соціально-економічних змін. Проаналізовано ключові фактори, що формують сучасне підприємницьке середовище: економічна нестабільність, пандемія COVID-19, повномасштабна війна, валютні коливання, інфляційні процеси, структурне безробіття та демографічні зміни. Особливу увагу приділено наслідкам російсько-української війни для бізнесу - руйнуванню інфраструктури, релокації виробництв, втраті трудових ресурсів і зміні структури ринку праці. Визначено роль цифровізації економіки як каталізатора адаптації підприємств до кризових умов, а також розглянуто можливості, які відкриває глобалізація через доступ до міжнародних ринків, інвестицій і технологій. Обґрунтовано, що в умовах зростаючої невизначеності українські підприємці демонструють високу гнучкість, інноваційність і здатність до швидкої адаптації, що є запорукою економічної стійкості країни.

The monograph section examines the impact of global economic challenges on the transformation of business activity in Ukraine in the context of profound socio-economic changes. The key factors shaping the modern business environment are analyzed: economic instability, the COVID-19 pandemic, full-scale war, currency fluctuations, inflationary processes, structural unemployment, and demographic changes. Particular attention is paid to the consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian war for business - the destruction of infrastructure, relocation of production, loss of labor resources, and changes in the structure of the labor market. The role of digitalization of the economy as a catalyst for the adaptation of enterprises to crisis conditions is determined, and the opportunities that globalization opens up through access to international markets, investments, and technologies are also considered. It is substantiated that in conditions of growing uncertainty, Ukrainian entrepreneurs demonstrate high flexibility, innovation, and the ability to quickly adapt, which is the key to the country's economic stability.
