Особливості індивідно-особистісної, мотиваційної та смисложиттєвої готовності студентів до професійної діяльності

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу емпіричного дослідження особливостей формування індивідно-особистісної, мотиваційної та смисложиттєвої сфер майбутніх економістів. Показано, що студенти 4 курсу, порівняно із 2 курсом, виявили більшу готовність до професійної діяльності, що пояснювалось кращим розвитком особистісних властивостей, визначеним полем та напрямом діяльності, прагненням до майбутніх досягнень.Статья посвящена анализу эмпирического исследования особенностей формирования индивидно-личностной, мотивационной и смысложизненной сфер будущих экономистов. Показано, что студенты 4 курса, по сравнению с 2 курсом, выявили большую готовность к профессиональной деятельности, что объяснялось лучшим развитием личностных свойств, определенным полем и направлением деятельности, стремлением к будущим достижениям.The successful formation of personality and professionalism of future specialists based on their willingness to work which is the leading component of psychological readiness by which science is understood as a complex psychological formation alloy functional operational and personal components. So were found statistically significant differences between studentseconomists 2 and 4 courses. 4th year students found problems with higher and lower nevrotychnosti balance and openness in contrast to their opponents. Anxiety and anxiety in students of 4 courses explains the active phase of professional development fear of uncertain future after university. Instead the junior students still in space to obtain the necessary knowledge and acquiring professional skills. A prospect of further development is to explore the professional sphere value of future economists.
