Соціально-економічні передумови розвитку культурно-пізнавального туризму в Кодимській міській територіальній громаді

Abstract

У статті розглядаються шляхи розвитку туризму в територіальних громадах, що сприятиме післявоєнному відновленню підприємництва сфери гостинності, зайнятості місцевого населення, залученню приватних інвестицій, модернізації рекреаційної інфраструктури. Метою статті є дослідження соціально-економічних передумов розвитку культурно-пізнавального туризму в Кодимській міській територіальній громаді. Для досягнення означеної мети застосовано методи територіального та статистичного аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення. Проаналізовано соціальноекономічні показники бюджету громади, ресурси туристичного потенціалу дестинації, програми розвитку громади. Запропоновано заходи розвитку культурно-пізнавального туризму в Кодимській міській територіальній громаді. This article examines the importance of tourism for the development of territorial communities, emphasizing its contribution to socio-economic growth through job creation, investment attraction, and infrastructure development. At the same time, tourism contributes to the preservation of cultural heritage and local traditions, improving the standard of living and worldview of residents, expanding their opportunities as active stakeholders in their territory. The purpose of the study is to analyze the socio-economic prerequisites for the development of cultural and educational tourism within the Kodyma urban territorial community. The study uses methods of territorial and statistical analysis, synthesis, and generalization. Based on the results of the study, the article analyzes the socio-economic and financial indicators of the community, tourism potential, and development programs. The total expenditures of the Kodyma urban territorial community decreased almost twice compared to 2021, and the situation is similar with expenditures on the social sphere. Total revenues decreased by 44%. The community's own revenues increased by 13%. There were no expenditures on the implementation of Community Development Programs and attracting funds from international projects during the analyzed period. In particular, the community has implemented a comprehensive target program "Culture of the Kodyma urban territorial community for 2023-2025" with total funding from the local budget of 1,160,000 UAH. To develop cultural and green tourism in the pre-war period, the project “Shpakiv shliah” was launched, which includes the development of special tourist routes. The authors propose strategic directions for promoting the destination, suggesting that the main attention should be focused on the development of cultural and specialized tourism, in particular gastronomic and religious. Local governments are recommended to intensify efforts to brand the destination, promote it in Ukraine, and develop a comprehensive program for the restoration of tourism after the war.
