Abstract

Вагомим завданням для сучасних підприємств виступає досягнення ритмічного випуску товарів або своєчасного надання послуг, що вирішується у процесі операційного управління. Для розуміння змісту цього процесу встановлено, що він включає наступні етапи: встановлення цілей операційного управління; планування операційної діяльності, зокрема аналіз існуючих проблем у процесі операційного управління; формування рішень; застосування виявлених рішень у ході здійснення операційної діяльності; контроль процесу здійснення операцій (перевірка ефективності рішень; оцінка ступеня досягнення операційних цілей).An important task for modern enterprises is the achievement of a rhythmic release of goods or timely provision of services, which is solved in the process of operational management. In order to understand the content of this process, it is established that it includes the following stages: establishing operational management goals; planning of operational activities, in particular analysis of existing problems in the process of operational management; formation of decisions; application of identified solutions in the course of operational activities; control of the process of carrying out operations (verification of the effectiveness of decisions; assessment of the degree of achievement of operational goals).
