Abstract

In the article the attention is focused on absence of a legal status at tourism accommodation of small forms which exist actually, but are not issued legally that considerably disturbs to development of tourist business. On the basis of studying of world experience of functioning small tourism accommodation the analysis of hotel fund of Ukraine is carried out and research of is standard-legal base of our country on maintenance of functioning of the hotel enterprises is carried out, specified in necessity of acceptance of a package of the documents directed on regulation of activity of small hotels and giving by its of the official status.
