dc.description.abstractThe actuality of this article consists in research of the current legislation of Ukraine about tourism with the purpose of revealing of its productivity, studying of the basic problems existing in the organization of tourist activity, for definition of perfection ways of the government in sphere of tourism. Results of research are based on studying of efficiency of application in practice of law acts on licensing tourist activity, standardization and certification of tourist services as forms of state regulation of Ukrainian tourism sphere.en
