Кооперація суб’єктів сільського туризму як основа розвитку туристичних дестинацій

Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретико-методичні засади кооперації суб’єктів сільського туризму в контексті формування туристичних дестинацій. Обґрунтовано роль кооперації як системоутворюючого чинника інтеграції ресурсів і створення комплексного туристичного продукту. На основі аналізу динаміки розвитку агротуристичного сектору Польщі виявлено структурну трансформацію галузі, що проявляється у зростанні ролі цілорічних об’єктів, концентрації ресурсів та інтенсифікації діяльності. Встановлено, що в Україні переважають локально-мережеві та продуктові моделі кооперації за недостатнього розвитку кластерних і координаційних форм. Запропоновано інтеграційно-координаційну модель кооперації. Вона базується на трирівневій системі взаємодії, що включає локальний, інтеграційний та координаційний рівні. Модель передбачає поєднання горизонтальних і вертикальних зв’язків між суб’єктами для забезпечення цілісності туристичного продукту. Її впровадження сприяє підвищенню ефективності управління дестинаціями та сталому розвитку сільських територій. The article examines th theoretical and methodologica foundations of cooperation among rural tourism stakeholders in the context of tourist destination development. The study substantiates the role of cooperation as a system-forming factor that ensures the integration of resources and the creation of a comprehensive tourism product withhigh adde value. It demonstrates that coordinated interactionamong stakeholders enables the consolidation of fragmented services into a coherent and market-oriented offer. Such integration enhances the quality and diversity of the tourism experience, while also strengthening the competitive position of destinations in both domestic and international markets. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the agritourism sector in Poland, structural transformations have been identified, manifested in the increasing importance of year-round facilities, resource concentration, and the intensification of activities. It is determined that year-round entities form the core of cooperation processes by stabilizing tourist flows and integrating related economic activities. The study also reveals territorial concentration trends that create preconditions for the development of cluster-based and network forms of cooperation. It is established that in Ukraine cooperation remains at an early stage of development and is characterized by the dominance of local network and product-based models, while cluster and coordination mechanisms are insufficiently developed. This leads to fragmented tourism products and limited scalability of successful practices. The paper proposes an integration and coordination model of cooperation based on a three-level interaction system that includes local actors, cluster and network associations, and destination management organizations. The proposed model emphasizes the combination of horizontal and vertical linkages as a basis for sustainable development of rural tourism destinations. It is structured around three interconnected levels, including local actors, integration mechanisms, and coordination institutions. This approach enables the alignment of stakeholder interests and the efficient use of available resources within the destination. Its implementation contributes to improved governance, enhanced competitiveness, and long-term resilience of rural tourism systems.
