Удосконалення послуг у курортних закладах розміщення (на прикладі студентського табору «Економіст»)

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження роботи – процес обслуговування відпочиваючих санаторно-курортних та оздоровчих підприємств. Предметом дослідження є науково-практичні положення щодо удосконалення послуг харчування в студентському таборі відпочинку «Економіст». Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у аналізі та розробленні заходів щодо удосконалення послуг у курортних закладах розміщення У роботі досліджено теоретичні аспекти удосконалення послуг у курортних закладах розміщення. Проведено аналіз методів обслуговування з використанням SWOT-аналізу. Пропонуються заходи щодо вдосконалення послуг харчування; розроблені пропозиції щодо послуг анімаційного напряму. За результатами дослідження обґрунтована доцільність впровадження наведених заходів та проаналізована їх ефективністьThe qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, and a list of used sources.
