Abstract

У статті досліджено особливості застосування інформаційних технологій для автоматизації управлінського обліку в умовах цифрової трансформації бізнесу. Розкрито сутність і функції управлінського обліку, проаналізовано основні типи інформаційних систем, що підтримують облікові процеси на різних підприємствах. Акцентовано увагу на важливості комплексного підходу до впровадження інформаційних систем управлінського обліку, що передбачає адаптацію бізнес-процесів, підготовку персоналу та інтеграцію із наявною ІТ-інфраструктурою. Визначено критерії вибору інформаційних систем управлінського обліку та проблеми їх впровадження (високі витрати, опір персоналу, необхідність реінжинірингу процесів. The article explores the features of the application of information technologies for the automation of management accounting in the context of digital business transformation. The essence and functions of management accounting are revealed, the main types of information systems that support accounting processes at various enterprises are analyzed. The importance of a comprehensive approach to the implementation of management accounting information systems is emphasized, which involves the adaptation of business processes, personnel training and integration with the existing IT infrastructure. The criteria for selecting management accounting information systems and the problems of their implementation are determined (high costs, personnel resistance, the need for process reengineering.
