Теневая экономика и ее влияние на экономический рост в Украине

Abstract

Теневая экономика, наряду с макроэкономической разбалансированностью и ограниченностью ресурсов, является ключевым глобальным риском будущего десятилетия. Целью нашего исследования является оценка уровня теневой экономики в Украине, выявление проблем ее порождающих в контексте новых вызовов кризисных явлений как в Украине, так и во всем мире. В статье представлено комплексное исследование феномена теневой экономики, рассмотрены первопричины ее возникновения. Результатом исследования является расчет уровня теневой экономики с учетом теневых валютных оборотов, исходя из того, что Украина является доллар-зависимой странойYashirin iqtisodiyot, makroiqtisodiy nomutanosiblik va cheklangan resurslar bilan bir qatorda, kelgusi o'nyillikda asosiy global xavf hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotimizning maqsadi Ukrainadagi yashirin iqtisodiyot darajasini baholash, Ukrainadagi va butun dunyodagi inqiroz hodisalarining yangi muammolari kontekstida uni keltirib chiqaradigan muammolarni aniqlashdir. Maqolada yashirin iqtisodiyot fenomeni har tomonlama o'rganilib, uning paydo bo'lishining asosiy sabablari ko'rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijasi Ukrainaning dollarga qaram mamlakat ekanligidan kelib chiqib, yashirin valyuta aylanmasini hisobga olgan holda yashirin iqtisodiyot darajasini hisoblashdir. The shadow economy, along with macroeconomic imbalances and limited resources, is a key global risk for the next decade. The purpose of the study is to assess the level of the shadow economy in Ukraine, to identify the problems that give rise to it in the context of new challenges of the crisis phenomena both in Ukraine and around the world. The article presents a comprehensive study of the phenomenon of the shadow economy, examines the root causes of its occurrence. The result of the study is the calculation of the level of the shadow economy, taking into account the shadow foreign exchange turnover, based on the fact that Ukraine is a dollar-dependent country
