Передумови, проблеми та перспективи впровадження дуальної освіти в навчальний процес

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблем та перспектив впровадження дуальної освіти в навчальний процес. Дуальна форма освіти передбачає тісний взаємозв’язок і поєднання теоретичної та практичної складової через навчання безпосередньо на робочому місці. У результаті розвиток дуальної освіти може сприяти зростанню інновацій та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності українських компаній на світовому ринку, а також зможе гарантувати здобувачу місце подальшого працевлаштування. Предметом дослідження є ефективне використання потенціалу університету щодо впровадження дуальної форми навчання. Метою статті є дослідження теоретичних засад впровадження дуальної форми здобуття освіти з подальшим обранням оптимальної моделі її функціонування в Україні. Методологічною базою дослідження є нормативно-правові акти України, що регламентують діяльність закладів вищої освіти, наукові праці вітчизняних вчених та зарубіжних фахівців з проблеми впровадження дуальної форми здобуття освіти. У дослідженні розкрито зміст дуальної форми навчання та сформовані перспективи її впровадження; проаналізовано моделі дуальної форми освіти в окремих європейських університетах, зокрема Польщі, Іспанії та Німеччині; досліджено особливості впровадження дуальної освіти у навчальних закладах України. Вивчення досвіду провідних університетів ЄС щодо впровадження дуальної форми здобуття освіти та різних форм її імплементації в навчальний процес надало можливість ґрунтовного вивчення всіх переваг та ризиків для подальшого впровадження у вітчизняних ЗВО з урахуванням національних особливостей навчального процесу. Практична значимість роботи полягає у запропонованій моделі запровадження дуальної форми навчання в Одеському національному економічному університеті, що дозволить підвищити якість підготовки випускників, а також посилити взаємовідносини між університетом, здобувачем освіти та роботодавцем.

The article is devoted to the study of problems and prospects of introducing dual education into the educational process. The dual form of education involves a close relationship and combination of theoretical and practical components through training directly at the workplace. The development of dual education can contribute to the growth of innovations and increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian companies on the world market, and can also guarantee the applicant a place of further employment. The subject of the study is the effective use of the university’s potential for the introduction of a dual form of education. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical foundations of the implementation of a dual form of education with the subsequent selection of the optimal model of its functioning in Ukraine. The methodological basis of the study is the regulatory legal acts of Ukraine, which regulate the activities of higher education institutions, scientific works of domestic scientists, and foreign specialists on the issue of the implementation of a dual form of education. The study revealed the content of the dual form of education and formed prospects for its implementation; analyzed models of the dual form of education in certain European universities, particularly in Poland, Spain, and Germany; the peculiarities of the implementation of dual education in educational institutions of Ukraine were investigated. The study of the experience of the leading EU universities regarding the introduction of a dual form of education and various forms of its implementation in the educational process provided an opportunity to thoroughly study all the advantages and risks for further implementation in domestic higher education institutions, taking into account the national characteristics of the educational process. The practical significance of the work lies in the proposed model of introducing a dual form of education at the Odessa National Economic University, which will improve the quality ofgraduate training, as well as strengthen the relationship between the university, the student, and the employer.
