Стан та перспективи впровадження інновацій в діяльність закладів готельного господарства (на прикладі готелю «WOL.121»)

Abstract

У роботі вивчено сутність понять «інновація», «інноваційна діяльність» та «інноваційний розвиток»; визначено види інновацій та особливості їх застосування в закладах готельного господарства; розглянуто провідний досвід застосування інновацій в готельному бізнесі. В аналітичній частині виявлено специфіку функціонування готелю «WOL.121» та застосування інновацій в його діяльності; досліджено формування готельного продукту та оцінку якості надання послуг; проаналізовано динаміку виробничо-економічної діяльності готелю з урахуванням впровадження інновацій; зроблено оцінку конкурентної позиції готелю «WOL.121» для вивчення можливостей щодо вдосконалення його інноваційної діяльності; Внесені та економічно обґрунтовані пропозиції спрямовані на вдосконалення інноваційної діяльності готелю «WOL.121».

There are the essence of the concepts of "innovation", "innovative activity", and "innovative development"; the types of innovations and the specifics of their application in hotel establishments; the leading experience of applying innovations in the hotel business in the work. In the analytical part, the specifics of the operation of the "WOL.121" hotel and the application of innovations in its activities had studied; the formation of the hotel product and the assessment of service quality had investigated; the dynamics of the hotel's production and economic activities, taking into account the implementation of innovations had analized; the competitive position of the "WOL.121" hotel to explore opportunities for improving its innovative activities had evaluated. Economically substantiated proposals are aimed at improving the innovative activities of the "WOL.121" hotel.
