Сучасний стан розвитку дуальної освіти України

Abstract

У тезах досліджено сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку дуальної освіти в Україні, з акцентом на практики її впровадження у сфері готельно-ресторанного бізнесу та туризму. Розглянуто досвід реалізації курсів RapidSkills та впровадження вибіркової дисципліни «Кавовий стартап» в Одеському національному економічному університеті. Наведено приклади успішної взаємодії університету з підприємствами, які забезпечують студентам можливість практичного навчання в реальному бізнес-середовищі. Обґрунтовано важливість залучення роботодавців до формування освітніх програм та підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців, що відповідають вимогам сучасного ринку праці.

The theses examine the current state and prospects for the development of dual education in Ukraine, with an emphasis on the practices of its implementation in the field of hotel and restaurant business and tourism. The experience of implementing RapidSkills courses and implementing the elective discipline “Coffee Startup” at the Odessa National Economic University is considered. Examples of successful interaction of the university with enterprises that provide students with the opportunity for practical training in a real business environment are given. The importance of involving employers in the formation of educational programs and training highly qualified specialists who meet the requirements of the modern labor market is substantiated.
