Abstract

Досліджені основні дефініції категоріального апарату теорії гостинності й туризму. Узагальнені та сформульовані підходи до визначення співвідношення понять «індустрія гостинності» й «індустрія туризму». Виділено основні сегменти споживання послуг індустрії гостинності та індустрії туризмуThe basic definitions of the categorical apparatus of the theory of hospitality and tourism are investigated.
