Abstract

У роботі доведено, що внутрішній контроль у системі управління компанією виконує основні функції – це виявлення та оцінка відхилень в діяльності об'єктів управління; надання пропозицій для прийняття оптимальних рішень. Та через головний функціонал контролю визначено його місце у процесі управління підприємством.The work proves that internal control in the company's management system performs the main functions - it is the detection and evaluation of deviations in the activities of management objects; providing suggestions for making optimal decisions. But through the main function of control, its place in the process of managing the enterprise is determined.
