Abstract

У роботі розглядається поняття «ринок нерухомості», виявлено важливість впливу ринку нерухомості на економіку країни. Проаналізовано динаміку загальної площі житлових будівель, прийнятих в експлуатацію в Україні. Проведено аналіз структури виробленої за видами будівельної продукції в Україні.The paper examines the concept of "real estate market", reveals the importance of the influence of the real estate market on the country's economy. The dynamics of the total area of residential buildings put into operation in Ukraine is analyzed. An analysis of the structure of construction products produced in Ukraine by type was carried out.
