Ринок праці молоді в Україні: основні тенденції сьогодення та перспективи післявоєнного розвитку

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто особливості молодіжного ринку праці, вплив зовнішніх та особистісних чинників на ефективність його функціонування. Досліджено стан молодіжного ринку праці у провідних країнах, та механізми міжнародного регулювання працевлаштування молоді. Проаналізовано основні показники, що характеризують молодіжний ринок праці України, визначено основні недоліки в його функціонуванні. Досліджено вплив євроінтеграції на даний ринок. Розглянуто зміну структури молодіжного ринку праці в післявоєнний період. На основі одержаних в процесі дослідження результатів, запропоновано шляхи удосконалення молодіжного ринку праці в період повоєнного відновлення та під час воєнного стануThe Bachelor's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the study is the youth labor market, a significant segment of the labor market. The paper examines the characteristics of the youth labor market, the impact of external and personal factors on its effective functioning. The study investigates the state of the youth labor market in leading countries and the mechanisms of international regulation of youth employment. Key indicators characterizing the youth labor market in Ukraine are analyzed, and the main shortcomings in its functioning are identified. The impact of European integration on this market is examined. The change in the structure of the youth labor market in the post-war period is considered. Based on the results obtained during the research, ways to improve the youth labor market during the post-war recovery period and under martial law are proposed
