Визначено їх переваги та недоліки. Проаналізовано світову практику та наведено статистичні дані щодо використання цих моделей управління. Розглянуто актуальні фреймворки та їх особливості.The main problems of IT-projects management are considered. A comparative analysis of such popular world methods of development and management of projects in the field of IT, such as Waterfall and Agile. Identified their advantages and disadvantages.
